Marked "Mercury" and "Rocket Bank" . Decal on one side advertises "Mutual Federal Savings-1726 Pennyslvania Ave,  N.W. (Washington D.C.) "Just West of the White House"  Very good, clean conditon. Bottom stopper missing.
