Popeye Express windup toy. Circa mid 1930s. Wind him up and Popeye scurries along pushing the cart, whose top has a hatch and a Parrot pops up. Popeye is missing his pipe, and although the mechanism works, I am not sure how or when the Parrot is supposed to pop up.
