with paper litho on the front and under the top of the box top, which lifts up on a hinge. Measures: 24" L ; 14 D; 14" H.

crate. Harry F. Bryd, famous Virginia politico who was also a large apple farmer.

Dated and marked on the underside as belonging to Gillette and loaned to retailers, 1956. Hard plastic with glass front
& top construction. Glass top opens from the rear, allowing the retailer to remove items easily.

defunct Washington area drug store chain. I believe went out of business in the late 1980s.

Late 1800s/early 1900s Perutz Blitzlicht cardboard counter display sign. Otto
Perutz Trockenplattenfabrik, Munchen. Perutz, was an early innovator of technology to bring color photos to the
masses. German in orgin. Measures: 10.5" x 7" Rear fold out leg is still in place.

Old Chivers Olde English Marmalade store display or sign. 22" in height. Very
thick cardboard stock. Slight warp. Some crease, and missing a small piece at the top of the sign.

Putnam Dyes-Tints Display Case. Circa 1920s. Metal outer construction, with wooden
sectional dividers for the packets on the inside. Front door lifts to display interior. Made by Monroe Chemical Company. Measures:
19 in length; 14" in height; and 7.5" Deep. Some wear and surface corrosion at the bottom edges & scattered wear. Nice
patina to the illustrations.

Old Washington State Apple crate, Husky Apples from Tonasket United Growers
Inc., ca. 1940s.

Camp Coffee and Chicory Esssence apron. Fabric backed and heavy laminated clear
front, it is made in England and designed by Joy and Malcolm Wilcox. The image on this apron is known as the Interim version
of the label for this famous Scottish coffee product. The early label having the Sikh standing holding a tea tray with
a bottle of Camp's was scrapped decades ago, because of Colonialist overtones, the interim version of the label has been replaced
by the modern label, with both gents sitting side by side. This Item is circa mid 1960s.
